At Eco Magic Products, we want you to be 100% happy with your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee — no fuss, no stress.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your eco laundry sheets, just let us know within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll make it right. Whether that means a full refund or a friendly replacement, we’re here to help.
💬 How it works
1. Contact us first
Simply email us at hello@ecomagicproducts.com with your order number and a quick note about the issue.
We’ll guide you through what happens next — no confusing forms or hoops to jump through.
2. No need to return (in most cases)
We want to reduce waste, so in many cases we won’t ask for returns. If the sheets didn’t work for you, we encourage you to donate them to a local charity, food bank, or a friend who’d like to give them a go!
3. If a return is needed
If we do need the product back (for example, if it’s damaged or faulty), we’ll let you know. You’ll have 14 days from the time you contact us to send it back.
If the issue was our fault, we’ll cover return postage. If not, we’ll kindly ask you to cover the return cost.
💸 Refund timeline
Once we’ve confirmed your refund, we’ll process it straight away. Refunds are issued to your original payment method and usually show up within 7–14 working days, depending on your bank.
