At Eco Magic Products, we aim to get your eco-friendly laundry detergent sheets to your door as quickly and reliably as possible. We currently offer delivery across the UK using trusted courier services.
Delivery Options
- Free Standard Delivery
– Delivered in 3–5 working business days
– Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD
– Available on all UK orders at no additional cost - Express Delivery
– Delivered in 1–2 working business days
– Shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD Next Day
– A small charge applies at checkout for this option
Order Processing
All orders placed before 2PM (Monday to Friday) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after 2PM, on weekends, or during bank holidays will be processed the next working day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey right to your door.
Delivery Areas
We currently only deliver to UK addresses, including England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Missed Delivery or Issues?
If you’re not home when delivery is attempted, your courier may leave a calling card with instructions or deliver to a local collection point. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please get in touch at support@ecomagicproducts.com — we’re happy to help!
